PItaya Power Smoothie Bowl

This pink smoothie bowl is a great way to start your day.  Not only is it packed with superfoods like pitaya and strawberries, but with its bright colors, it's pretty cheery too.

This smoothie bowl is overflowing with fiber.  Truth Bar adds 13 grams of prebiotic fiber.  Bananas, cherries, strawberries and coconut should bring this bowl to around a full day's supply of fiber.  With the probiotics from Truth Bar, and the antioxidants from the pitaya and strawberries, this bowl is sure to supercharge your day.



I cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup frozen cherries (no pit!)

1 tsp pitaya powder

1 Chocolate Raspberry Coconut Truth Bar 

1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder

Toppings of your choice



Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.  Blend until desired consistency.  If you like it less thick, add more almond milk.  

Top with your choice of toppings.  We used coconut flakes, pieces of Truth Bar and edible flower decorations (made for cake decorating).
