White Cranberry Banana Smoothie
This smoothie bowl gets a little added sweetness from white cranberry juice, and it also includes a delicious combination of fruits like frozen banana, mandarin oranges, strawberries and raspberries.
This smoothie offers a great antioxidant boost for any time your immune system might need a little charge! These ingredients also add tons of fiber, probiotics and prebiotics for gut health. It tastes great too. The combination of granola, chocolate and coconut, and the 'pop' of the pomegranate seeds is super satisfying to scoop up and eat.
1/2 cup white cranberry juice
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen mandarin oranges
1/2 cup strawberries
1 Tablespoon of creamy almond butter
1/2 Dark Chocolate Coconut Truth Bar cut into pieces
1/3 cup granola (we used Michelle's Granola)
Frozen raspberry pieces
Combine in a blender or food processor until well blended. For a thicker consistency use less liquid or add more banana. In our opinion, thicker is better if you don't want your toppings to sink before you scoop them up!
