Thank you for choosing our product! As a perishable food item, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances, except when the product is completely damaged or defective upon delivery.
If your item is severely damaged during shipping, you may request an evaluation. To do so, please email us at info@realtruthbar.com with clear photos of the damaged product as received, along with a brief explanation of the issue.
Important Notes:
- All-Natural Ingredients: We pride ourselves on using only natural ingredients, which means that variations in color, shape, and texture are normal. These variations do not affect the quality or safety of the product. We do not use unnecessary additives to maintain appearance.
- Heat Sensitivity: This product is sensitive to heat and may melt if exposed to high temperatures, such as being left outside in warm weather. Melting does not compromise the product’s quality or safety, and refunds or replacements will not be provided for melted products.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you believe the product is severely damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to report issues within this timeframe will void any eligibility for evaluation.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for cases where we determine that the product was completely damaged or defective upon arrival. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
