This item is non-returnable, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement. As this is a melt-able product, if left out in the heat on your doorstep, the product may melt. This does not affect the quality of the product but can affect the visual appearance.
To submit a return, please send a photo of damaged or altered product as you received it with a brief explanation of the issue of discontent.
Your item must be in substantially the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of date of purchase.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
After submitting for a refund, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
