Peanut Butter Banana Probiotic Bread

Bananas, peanut butter, and chocolate are already the perfect combination, but making them into a decadent (and healthy) treat is even better! This Peanut Butter Banana Probiotic Bread will make you crave it morning, noon, and night. So whether you want to indulge at breakfast or after dinner, this recipe is sure to please!

Peanut Butter Banana Probiotic Bread

Ingredients

4 medium ripe bananas (peeled and sliced)

2 cups Pamela’s Baking & Pancake Mix (Gluten-Free) - You may substitute Pamela’s (brand) for any gluten-free pancake mix available at your local grocer’s.

2 eggs

¼ cup coconut oil or ghee (clarified butter)

1 cup vanilla kefir

1 cup coconut sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

¼ cup sea salt

Bananas, peanut butter, and Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Truth Bars (for garnish)

 

Directions

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Spray or grease a bundt pan with coconut oil.

Mix all the wet ingredients together in large bowl, then stir in all the dry ingredients and mix well.

Pour the batter into the bundt pan.

Bake until golden brown, for about 45 minutes.

Garnish with bananas, peanut butter, and Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Truth Bars.
