Truth Bar Overnight Oat Recipe

The fiber content of oatmeal is filling and satiating, adding in the prebiotic fiber and probiotics found in Truth Bars make this the perfect high fiber, gut friendly recipe.


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 Truth Bar (chopped)
  • Optional toppings (e.g., honey, maple syrup, fresh fruits, nuts)


  1. In a jar or container, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, and chia seeds. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  2. Seal the jar or container and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. The next morning, give the oats a good stir. The mixture should be thick and creamy.
  4. Chop up your favorite Truth Bar flavor and mix in.
  5. Add your favorite toppings such as honey, maple syrup, fresh fruits or nuts.
